Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Outdoor cooking and eating will always be first on the list. I also enjoy sitting on the back deck in the early morning or late evening and watching the deer come up to the yard. 

Favorite thing about the green industry: I like being able to bring nature into a client’s home. I enjoy being able to create something and watch it grow from an idea, to a design, to a physical outdoor space that will be enjoyed for years. 

 Favorite Plant: My favorite plants (although they won’t grow here) are the Pride of Barbados and the Firecracker Fern, both of which are widely used back home in Texas.  Double-Knockout Roses are a favorite as well.   

Hobbies: Anything outdoors….camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, sports. I am a huge mountain biker, and my son is now starting to enjoy it with me, so we spend a lot of time doing that.  My wife Liz and I have 3 small children, so we stay busy! 

  

Aaron is a recent transplant to Colorado Springs. He is educated and certified in numerous landscape aspects including landscape design flow, native plants, and holiday lighting. Aaron previously owned and operated a landscape design and outdoor living company in central Texas for seven years. He is originally from the Oklahoma City area.
