Favorite Plant: The Northern Red Oak. It has brilliant fall colors and a beautiful structure.
Hobbies: golfing with friends and family as well as cheering on my kids in whatever sport they are playing.
Judd has been with Timberline since 1992. Mr. Bryarly has served as President of the Associated Landscape Contractors of Colorado and is Landscape Industry Certified in Installation and a Certified Landscape Professional through PLANET. 30 Hour OSHA Certified.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Riding horses.

Tim started Timberline Landscaping in 1982 with the goal of “Creating a little bit of Heaven” for each client. He holds numerous certifications including: Landscape Industry Certifications in Hardscape and Softscape Installation, Irrigation, Ornamental and Turf Maintenance, is a Certified Snow Professional, and a Landscape Industry Certified Manager.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: I enjoy working in my yard as much as possible. I am always changing stuff, adding plants, trying new sprinkler heads, etc.
Favorite thing about the green industry: I enjoy the outdoor aspect and being able to create beautiful spaces using plants and shaping the land.
Favorite Plant: The angel oak tree in South Carolina (Quercus virginiana, Southern live oak)
Hobbies: Running, working outside, hiking, and going to be at kids sporting events
Going on 21 years of experience in the Green Industry, Joshua started his career as an installation foreman. He has a B.S. in Horticulture with an emphasis in Landscape Design, an M.S in Horticulture, focusing on drought-tolerant conifers, and a Ph.D. in Horticulture from Kansas State University. He has managed and consulted for landscape companies in Kansas City and Manhattan, KS and has taught courses in horticulture for universities and community colleges. Joshua’s wife, Tara, owns a dental practice in Colorado Springs. They have 3 beautiful girls who love sports. In his spare time, Joshua enjoys the outdoors and running. He has been known to compete in ultra-marathons (50 and 100 mile foot races).
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Hanging out in the backyard with family and big dogs with Grilling and dining outdoors. Keeping a nice Summertime Garden with veggies and flowers.
Favorite thing about the green industry: Seeing the tangible difference that we make on outdoor space & sensitivity that we take with the outdoor environment.
Favorite Plant: Pine trees covered in snow, visible from the chairlift on a powder day.

Joining the company in 2017, Craig brings over 25 years of construction and real estate development experience to the position of Chief Financial Officer for the Timberline ONE companies. Craig holds an active Colorado CPA certificate, an MBA and Master of Real Estate Development (MRED). He is responsible for the overall financial operations of the company including financial and job reporting, cash flow management and forecasting, risk management and Information Technology among other duties.
Craig and his wife, Ann, have two children and when not working enjoys Colorado’s snow skiing, mountain biking and physical fitness activities.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Working in my veggie garden, birdwatching, and relaxing on the deck.
Favorite thing about the green industry: The spirit of care that our industry has for clients and for the earth.
Favorite Plant: Lavender and all things pollinator friendly.
Hobbies: Yoga, reading, cooking, hiking, and spending time with my husband and daughter.
Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2007 with a B.F.A in Photography and is Certified in Inbound Marketing. She began her career at Timberline Landscaping in 2013 and has since transformed the brand image and content strategy. Stephanie now helps us keep a focus on strategic planning and execution for all of the Timberline ONE companies.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: I love to BBQ and to play games with friends and family!
Favorite thing about the green industry: I get so excited watching my designs come to life. I also enjoy meeting and working with new people and creating long lasting relationships!
Favorite Plant: My top 3 are: Limber Pines, Penstemon, Lilacs
Hobbies: I love to be outdoors. Hiking, camping and snowboarding just to name a few. I also have fun getting crafty with my girlfriends!
Elysa has been a designer with Timberline since 2014. She is a two time National Association of Landscape Professionals award winner for landscape design and installation. In her time here she has emerged as a leader and key player in strategic planning and training processes. In 2017 she was promoted to head of the Residential Design and Installation department. Being a designer at Timberline, Elysa has had the opportunity to work on some unique projects such as the Estate House at the Broadmoor Hotel, The US Senior Open, The Ronald McDonald House at the new Ronald McDonald Children’s Hospital in Colorado Springs. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the mountains with family and dogs.

Max has over 25 years of experience in the landscaping industry. He has worked at Timberline Landscaping since 2002 as an irrigation technician, project manager, account manager and is currently the maintenance business unit leader. He is a certified irrigation auditor and has a wealth of knowledge related to plant health care, maintenance, irrigation and snow removal.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: I enjoy vegetable gardening with my daughters caring for the plants and we enjoy fire pit for roasting marshmallows and just enjoying the evening air.
Favorite thing about the green industry: The people, both with whom I work and getting to meet so many new people, and for sure bringing the joy of the outside through design and install to so many people.
Favorite Plant: My favorite plant is the Passion Flower Vine for its religious meaning symbolizing features of the Passion.
Hobbies: Sketching, Fishing, Hiking, Golf, Basketball
Bernard began his career in the Landscape Maintenance and Construction industry in 2001. He has a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture, is a certified Colorado Gardener, and has an extensive base of knowledge related to plant health care, maintenance and xeric design. He has managed landscape maintenance and construction companies in both California and Colorado. Bernard is married to Christin and they have three daughters.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: I love to cook and play outdoor games like horseshoes and cornhole.
Favorite thing about the green industry: Being outdoors and getting to see nature all the time.
Favorite Plant: Japanese Maple and Smoke Bush
Hobbies: Golfing, Mountain Bike, Climb 14er’s, CrossFit, Snowboard, Hiking and Camping.
Prior to joining Timberline in 1995, Erik served in the Marine Corps for 6 years and was Airborne Certified. In his many years with the company he has served as a landscape technician, crew leader, project manager, quality assurance manager, and is now leading the snow and ice management unit.
Erik is proud to have been Project Manager on award winning installations such as all 3 phases of the renovation of the Manitou Incline and all of the Senior and Lady’s PGA Tournaments held at the Broadmoor Hotel. But his greatest achievement- He has 5 children 3 boys and 2 girls. And is so proud of them!
In his career Erik has earned many certifications including CSP, ACSA C, Certified in Hardscape and Softscape, 30 Hour OSHA, Certified in excavation, and is Colorado Gardner Certified.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Our yard backs up to Bear Creek Park, whatever we do in our yard we have beautiful views from Garden of the Gods to Pikes Peak.
Favorite thing about the green industry: The relationships I have developed over the 38 years I’ve been in Colorado.
Favorite Plant: Bristlecone pine; some of the oldest in the world are here in Colorado.
Hobbies: Running, Hiking, Climbing 14er’s, Elk Hunting, Gardening, Woodworking or anything outdoors.
Al began his career in the tree care industry in 1980. He bring unrivaled experience to Timberline’s Tree Care Division, offering tree and shrub pruning and removal, insect and disease control, and plant health care. Al has a B.S. in Urban Forestry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, is an ISA Certified Arborist, a Department of Agriculture Qualified Supervisor and a Certified Tree Care Safety Professional. He and his wife Becky have a daughter working as a Speech Therapist and son working as a Software Engineer.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Outdoor cooking and eating will always be first on the list. I also enjoy sitting on the back deck in the early morning or late evening and watching the deer come up to the yard.
Favorite thing about the green industry: I like being able to bring nature into a client’s home. I enjoy being able to create something and watch it grow from an idea, to a design, to a physical outdoor space that will be enjoyed for years.
Favorite Plant: My favorite plants (although they won’t grow here) are the Pride of Barbados and the Firecracker Fern, both of which are widely used back home in Texas. Double-Knockout Roses are a favorite as well.
Hobbies: Anything outdoors….camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, sports. I am a huge mountain biker, and my son is now starting to enjoy it with me, so we spend a lot of time doing that. My wife Liz and I have 3 small children, so we stay busy!
Aaron is a recent transplant to Colorado Springs. He is educated and certified in numerous landscape aspects including landscape design flow, native plants, and holiday lighting. Aaron previously owned and operated a landscape design and outdoor living company in central Texas for seven years. He is originally from the Oklahoma City area.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Putting a good Ribeye steak on the grill and having a nice cold Coors. Smoking briskets or ribs.
Favorite thing about the green industry: I Like to stay busy, being outdoors, problem solving, working with people, and like making a difference.
Favorite Plant: Columbine, because it is the state flower.
Hobbies: Working cattle, roping, enjoying time with the kids and granddaughter, and boating.
Hans has been in the green industry since 2011. Holding certifications in NDS drainage, non-potable water, chainsaw maintenance and safety, and a Colorado Master Gardener certificate has given him extensive knowledge to care for the City of Colorado Springs parks and open space. Hans is passionate about turf and snow management, but his real expertise is management of native grasses which he gained managing his ranch in Lamar, Colorado. Hans strives to help each client create something special that they can enjoy for years to come with the end goal of encouraging each of us to come alive outside. He is currently working on becoming a Landscape Industry Certified Lawn Care Manager through the National Association of Landscape Professionals.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Being able to work to make it look nice and having the family enjoy the outdoor space we created together. On our time off we enjoy it with the kids playing, sports practice and family cookouts.
Favorite thing about the green industry: Creating long term relationships with clients, meeting new people (networking), there is nothing better than working outside while enjoying the fresh air and enjoying well maintained landscapes.

Paul has been in the landscape industry since 2001, beginning his career in the field, mowing grass and supervising crews, he is now an account manager for Timberline. He is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician through The National Association of Landscape Professionals, holding certifications in Turf Maintenance, Ornamental Maintenance, and Softscape Installation. Paul is a Qualified Supervisor through Colorado Department of Agriculture, holding licenses in Turf, Ornamental and Right of Way pest control. Paul has landscape experience locally and in Arizona where he spent some time in the landscape field. Paul enjoys landscaping, as well as spending time in the great outdoors with his friends and family. Paul is married to his wife Jessica and has 5 wonderful kids that also keep him busy on his time off.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Love to sit outside by the fire any time of the year and working in the yard/gardening.
Favorite thing about the green industry: I like to be outside and I really enjoy working with our customers
Favorite Plant: That’s a tough one. I love trees, especially in the fall when they turn colors but I love annual flowers with lots and lots of color!
Hobbies: Motorcycling with the hubs, reading, playing cards, anything crafty and hanging with family
Sara’s passion for customer experience and project management have made her a true asset to our team and to her clients. She is certified as a Landscape Industry Certified Lawn Care Manager through the National Association of Landscape Professionals. She has over 13 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry working as an Account Manager and Project Manager. Sara has a passion for customer service and attention to detail in all she does.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: I enjoy grilling and playing any outdoor yard activities.
Favorite thing about the green industry: I enjoy being in the outdoors and walking through fresh cut grass.
Favorite Plant: Creeping Bentgrass or any other turfgrass.
Hobbies: I enjoy camping, backpacking, and sometimes just relaxing
Levi started in the green industry in 2012 at Smoky Hill Country Club in Hays, Kansas. Throughout his time working he grew a passion for working outside. He was then directed to Kansas State University to enroll in Horticulture with the Golf Course and Sports Turf option. This assisted Levi to intern at two Top 50 American golf courses and helped him become the GCSAA Student Chapter President and Horticulture Senior of the year while at Kansas State. Levi is a Qualified Supervisor through the Colorado Department of Agriculture with licenses in Turf, Ornamental, and Right of Way pest control. He is currently preparing to become a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor and Certified Irrigation Designer. In his free time, Levi enjoys camping, golfing, and anything that involves the outdoors.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: I love gardening with my mom. I have been working in the yard with her and my dad since I can remember. From planting the vegetable garden every year to helping her plant her annual pots. When Spring time comes I love seeing all the plants start growing and popping!
I also love to get outdoors with my dog, whether it is going to the park to throw the ball, hiking in nature or just sitting in the grass in the front yard! She is my world and if she is happy I am happy!
Favorite thing about the green industry: What I love most about working in the green industry is that everyone is in it for the same reasons. We all want to make a difference and create beauty in the landscape. I love how just the right plants in the right place can make all the difference in landscaping! In addition, I love how the green industry was dominated by males at one point…but I feel that the females are starting to make strides!
Favorite Plant: Calla Lily

Ashley was born and raised in Colorado and grew up playing soccer, softball, and planting flowers. Her love for the outdoors led her to enjoy the tasks that many children avoid…like mowing the lawn. She credits her love for landscaping to her parents. While in high school Ashley began drafting in AutoCAD and decided to further her love for both plants and drafting by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture at Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
After graduation, she began work at a local nursery to expand her knowledge and love of plants. In January of 2015, Ashley started work within Timberline’s snow removal and maintenance departments. This experience in the field has enabled her a greater understanding of the processes involved in the care and installation of landscapes. She has completed her Landscape Industry Certified Technician designation in ornamental maintenance and softscape installation. Ashley is an award winner for the design and installation on The Broadmoor Estate House.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: Sitting on the backyard patio, enjoying the quiet.

Jamie bring a wealth of project management and landscape experience to the Timberline team. He has amassed 32 years of experience in the industry with areas of expertise including golf course maintenance, city parks, and residential landscape. Jamie has a bachelors degree in Horticulture.
Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: My favorite way to enjoy my yard is when I’m working on it and at the end of the day to enjoy my firepit with my family.
Favorite thing about the green industry: Creating beautiful outdoors space for our clients to enjoy.
Favorite Plant: Roses, they remind me of my grandma.
Hobbies: Hiking, working at home, and making carne asada.
Francisco is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician, Colorado BMP Stormwater infrastructure Maintenance Inspector, and an Accredited Snow Contractor Association Snow Professional.

Favorite way to enjoy my outdoor space: For me to play with my children in the backyard. And then relax listening to my pond.
Favorite thing about the green industry: The most satisfying thing is to return to a project in 2-5 years and see how big the trees have grown. I like to be able to say, “I planted that tree”, and see that my work will be seen by other generations.
Favorite Plant: My favorite plants are the annabelle hydrangea and the Colorado blue spruce.
Hobbies: The one I like the most is playing soccer, but now at this stage of my life I enjoy taking a bike ride with my children.
Hugo has been with Timberline Landscaping since 1999 and is a Landscape Industry Certified Technician in Softscape and Hardscape Installation.
