Favorite thing about the green industry: The people I have met and relationships that have been developed throughout the years of being involved in this industry, from employees, customers, co -workers, and associates. It has never been a just a job but a passion I enjoy.

Favorite plant: Live oak

Hobbies: Camping with my family, golf with friends, ATV trail riding and standing in the stream with a fly rod

Kevin has always enjoyed just being outside and has had a curiosity in gardening. His first introduction to the green industry was working in a nursery in Wichita Kansas, harvesting trees, and landscape installation. It was a great feeling to be a part of creating an enjoyable space for others.  From there, Kevin moved to Colorado Springs in 1982 and started a landscape maintenance company. 39 years later he still has the passion and enjoys every day.
